Baptism Statement Releases Next Week

As promised in the second set of Questions and Answers about the Counsel to the Church, The First Presidency is preparing to release a World Church Leadership Council statement on baptism and confirmation. More Questions and Answers are also in process. We will send these to staff by e-mail and post them to the website as early as possible next week.

We come to the close of Holy Week amid the many World Conference preparations in congregations, mission centers, and at International Headquarters. As we reflect on the death of Jesus Christ and rejoice in his resurrection, may each of us strive to embody the living Christ.
