Entry Forms

1. Saturday, July 21 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Science Building
       Complete registration and financial clearance.  
   
   Your computerized delegation roster is a critical component to formation of teams and scheduling to avoid conflicts. You must see that all information is correct.
   
2. Finalize your sport entries [team and individual]:
1. Team Sport Entry Forms
2. Individual Sport Entry Forms
3. Independent Player Entry Form
4. Delegation Entry Summary Form

If your delegation has not already prepared – do it as quickly as possible.

3. Bring completed sports entry forms to a computer operator to register teams & individuals and assign team codes.

In the Gym on Sunday morning:

1.    Receive from the sports desk your delegation teams packet at the Morning Celebration:

1. A delegation roster in alphabetical order specifying by individual the teams that they are entered to play for.
2. Team Rosters for each individual team a delegation has entered.
3. A daily "All Sports Schedule"
4. A Delegation Master schedule – this schedule will identify each of the contests which involve your delegation.

2.    Check the above rosters carefully to identify any mistakes or omissions. Report them to the sports desk immediately. We expect to conclude all roster changes by Sunday afternoon.
