Camper fees for 2012 will be $315.

Delegation Registration

For those planning to attend Spectacular, registration with a delegation is required. If you are unsure which delegation to register with, contact Dana Speigle. Registration forms and fees must be submitted as a delegation, and not individually.

 REGISTRATION FEES AND DEADLINE DATES:

Campers

Campers must have completed 10th, 11th, or 12th grades to attend.

*First-Time Friend Discount -- Invite a friend who has never attended SPEC and they'll get a $50 discount on their camper fee.

Early-Bird Registration Fees Postmarked by June 22, 2012
$315/Camper; $265/sibling; $265/first-time friend
Registration Fees Postmarked AFTER June 22, 2012
$490/Camper; $440/sibling; $440 first-time friend

SPECTACULAR requires an official Registration Form for every participant. Please send your registration forms with your registration fees.

First-Time Friend Discount
We're excited to continue a great incentive program for this year's SPEC as we continue to encourage campers to bring a friend. Now a camper can offer their friend(s) a $50 discount off the SPEC registration fee! This offer is only for SPEC campers that are coming for the first time because they were invited by a friend who will also be attending as a camper. The spirit in which this offer is extended is to empower kids with a monetary incentive to when they invite a school friend(s) to come to SPEC with them. This offer cannot be combined with any other SPEC discounts or used simply within your own youth group. The sole intent of this program is for it to be used as an outreach tool. Other restrictions may apply. Please contact us with questions or to seek clarification.

Additions to Delegations
We will accept additions to delegation counts until July 10. Delegations adding campers on July 10 are required to follow up with a phone call or e-mail to Dana Speigle, in addition to their July 10 postmarked registrations. This is the last day to sign-up for SPEC 2012.

Staff
Staff participants MUST be 21 or older and a registered youth worker. Registration fees for staff will be $200. We STRONGLY request that you register your staff by June 22, 2011.

CANCELLATIONS

Campers and staff who cancel their registration BY July 10 will receive a refund of 100% of their registration fees. Cancellations AFTER July 10 will receive all but $100 of their registration fees.

REGISTRATION LOGISTICS

Delegation Leaders
Delegation leaders will be provided an Excel spreadsheet for registrations. We will use the Excel spreadsheets for our database input. SPECTACULAR requires an official registration form for every participant. Registration forms and fees must be submitted as a delegation, and not individually. Please send your delegation’s registration forms and Excel spreadsheet with registration fees to Dana Speigle.

For those delegations which encompass large geographical areas, registering as smaller sub delegations is encouraged and helpful. Questions regarding sub-delegation registrations should be directed to Dana Speigle.

Transfers
If a camper registers with one delegation and then wants to change to a different delegation, we will not transfer the fees to the second delegation. The delegations involved will be responsible for working out the exchange of money.
