At a meeting on June 29, 2005, the Herald House Board of Trustees made
several resolutions that affect the current structure and function of Herald
House. These decisions are additional steps in an ongoing process to
incorporate Herald House more fully into the operations of the world church
organization. The following business decisions are in the process of
enactment.
Herald House will relinquish the lease at the Geospace distribution
location. They must then vacate the facility by October 31, 2005.
Functions currently provided by Herald House Production and Herald
House Distribution will be outsourced to a local company that is geared to
provide the type of services required by this change.
These changes are part of the overall program, begun in 1999, to revitalize
Herald House operations. An informational fact sheet is included as an
attachment to this e-mail. We appreciate your ongoing support as we enter into
this period of transition for Herald House.
