New from Temple School

SL 101 An Introduction to Caring Ministries

A new course recommended for ordinands is now available from Temple School. SL 101 An Introduction to Caring Ministries surveys the opportunities for caring ministry in the life of a disciple. Through prayer and meditation thoughts, readings, and activity suggestions, this course will help learners address the many facets of caring ministry. This course replaces the previous course recommended for ordinands, PA 100 Introduction to Ministry.

All church members and friends are encouraged to take this valuable course as they offer ministry in their families, congregations, and communities.

HI 120 Changing Concepts of Zion

Another new course offering in the Temple School curriculum is HI 120 Changing Concepts of Zion. This course is intended to help introduce readers to facts and ideas about Zion. The concept has not remained static through the years but has changed according to needs and understandings. This course is also intended to challenge readers to look at how their own understandings of Zion have changed and why.
