Worldwide Church

John Mairai is one of countless people who serve as volunteer translators for our mission around the world, in addition to 24 full- and parttime translators employed by the church.

John lives in Papeete, Tahiti, where he is also a playwright, editorial columnist, actor, and moderator of a weekly television talk show. He translates for church events in Papeete and makes extended trips to other islands of French Polynesia to translate for visiting ministers and teachers.
