Hands-on Peacemaking
All aboard! The Peace Train helps children develop skills and
understanding to be peacemakers in today’s world. There are two Peace
Train trailers traveling through Australia spreading the message of
peace to children in community groups, schools, and congregations.
Children learn about conflict resolution, self esteem, teamwork and
communication through the hands-on activities at each station. “We rely
on volunteer 'station conductors' to facilitate each activity and I am
immensely grateful for the team of people who choose to express their
faith and commitment through this unique and effective ministry to
children,” said Anna Anderson.
