In
the Grove
The congregation through which a young woman received God’s grace has no
doors or windows. Indeed, it is an unconventional ministry—an open-air
chapel nestled in a grove of trees along the shore of New South Wales,
Australia.
The catalyst for this model, called Green Cathedral Ministries, is Wendy
Ballard, a World Church minister who acted in response to the promptings
of the Spirit to honor her heart. It was her role to see new
possibilities for ministry and to explore new avenues for worship and
fellowship.
When we link our hearts and our giving with God’s Spirit, we create
sacred space to experience lifechanging encounters.
