Generations of Disciples
Young adult participation in Germany was on the decline like many other places around the world. This year the 2008 Germany Reunion saw a reversal of this trend as young adults were key organizers and planners of the event. Attendance of young adults and young families was phenomenal and among them was the Schwermer family. Kai and his wife Astrid had an especially significant experience as they were both ordained to the office of elder and their one-year-old daughter was blessed.
