Requests Originating with World Accord

  • Sigaram, India – Capacity building and micro-enterprise support for women in rural, south India to alleviate poverty while at the same time, increasing security/safety of women and raising their value. $9,803US

  • PAG, Honduras – To improve food security among 120 Lenca Indian families living inside the buffer zone of the Cerro Azul Meambar National Park. $48,239US

  • ADCASMUS, El Salvador – To develop family self-sufficiency, improve self-determination and self-esteem, and increase the standard of living of people living in extreme poverty. $35,000US

  • World Accord Core Funding – Support sustainable long-term self-help community development programs to reduce poverty. $33,000US

  • MeA, Guatemala – Majority of projects based in agriculture with the aim of increasing household food security for rural women. Sustainability through Education. $45,000US

  • PRR, Honduras – Improve community “well being” and improve food security. $169,975US

  • Stockton Christmas Baskets, Stockton, Missouri USA – To feed families in need of food during the Christmas season and to provide 3 gifts for the children which includes 1 gift of a sack of socks. $4,000US

  • Huron County Baby Pantry, Cass City, Michigan USA – To provide diapers, food, clothing, baby formula, and other related items to parents free of charge to assist in reducing the instances of child abuse. $2,500

  • Family Life Outreach, Hot Springs, Arkansas USA – To provide assistance, support, and encouragement to families by providing classes, skills, training, and activities which are proven to be helpful to families in becoming stronger family units. $1.027
