Iona Community
Founded in Scotland in 1938, the Iona Community proclaims on it website:

A commitment to Justice, Peace and the Integrity of Creation is an integral part of the Rule of the Iona Community, and a key aspect of our lives both as individuals and as a community.
—Iona Community

The Iona Community is an ecumenical association of men and women, lay and ordained, committed to the renewal of the church and society. This year Iona celebrates 75 years of Christian community.

Engaging Our Mission
The Peace Colloquy will focus on justice and peacemaking through worship and music as we celebrate the launch of our next hymnal, Community of Christ Sings. More than a dozen songs from Rev. Bell and the Iona Community will be included in the next hymnal, reflecting Christ’s mission and Community of Christ Mission Initiatives.

Everyone is invited to attend and share this uplifting, song-filled weekend. There will be programming for all ages. Events will include a youth retreat that again will run concurrently with the Colloquy.
