Human Resource Committee Meeting

The HR Committee met on October 9 and spent some significant time in prayer asking God for the following blessings for the employees of the church:

  • Perseverance through the ups and downs of ministry.
  • Recognizing that we too, are vulnerable to God’s grace.
  • Confirmation of individual worth and the knowledge that we are all forgiven.
  • Individual understanding of the connections we have to each other as staff; each part of this body is important in fulfilling our mission.
  • Hope and wholeness.
  • We will be conduits for God’s grace.
  • We will have peace at heart and courage to reach out to those most in need.
  • A sense of what God’s call is to each of us.
  • To feel the embrace of the divine.
