Human Resource Committee Meeting
The HR Committee met on October 9 and spent some significant time in prayer
asking God for the following blessings for the employees of the church:
- Perseverance through the ups and downs of ministry.
- Recognizing that we too, are vulnerable to God’s grace.
- Confirmation of individual worth and the knowledge that we are all
forgiven.
- Individual understanding of the connections we have to each other as
staff; each part of this body is important in fulfilling our mission.
- Hope and wholeness.
- We will be conduits for God’s grace.
- We will have peace at heart and courage to reach out to those most in
need.
- A sense of what God’s call is to each of us.
- To feel the embrace of the divine.
