Young adults over 18 came to celebrate the theme “We Are Many, We Are One” Saturday, March 31, and Sunday, April 1, at International Headquarters with their sisters and brothers from around the world.  The weekend included vibrant worship, in-depth classes, dynamic speakers and instructors, and many opportunities for sharing cultures.

The entire gathering  worshiped and explored together the concepts of “We Are Many” and “We Are Many Becoming One.”  Smaller groups shared in breakout sessions on topics including sacraments; the meaning of Temple ministries; scripture and the Community of Christ statement on scripture; financial planning; the Community of Christ and war; relationship counseling; response to poverty; identity in an international church; models of young adult ministry; ministry with non-dominant cultures; interfaith dialogue; sex and sexuality; environmental stewardship, and more.

A Cultural Café provided opportunities for socializing and fellowship while enjoying popular coffees, teas, and snacks from many countries.
