Financial
Peace University consists of a 13-week video curriculum taught
by financial expert Dave Ramsey that incorporates small-group
discussions to encourage accountability and discipleship. Topics include
cash flow planning, dumping debt, saving, and giving much more. The
course is easy to facilitate and there is no certification required to
become a volunteer coordinator. The Leadership kit includes all the
materials from the Membership kit, and the Teaching DVDs. The Membership
kit includes the workbook, audio CDs, and resources to accompany the
class. In the last week of this series, Dave Ramsey does an excellent
job of discussing generosity. This would be a good bridge to then start
teaching
TE231 Stewardship: An Old Path Made New in your congregation. |

Freed-Up
Financial Living refreshes and expands on the time-tested,
life-changing Good $ense Budget Course. The entire six-session DVD
contains all teaching and supporting drama videos in a simple
plug-and-play format that allows the content to be experienced without
the need for an up-front teacher and is easily adaptable for use in a
seminar, small group, or even individual settings. (Also available as a
Temple School class—DS 150) The curriculum outlines biblical essentials
on earning, giving, saving, spending and reducing debt, while providing
practical tips to help participants achieve their own financial,
personal, and spiritual goals.
