The 2009 Community of Christ International Peace Award was presented to Dr. Halima Bashir, activist for the women and children of Darfur.  Her story and others highlighting "Justice for Women, Dignity for All" make up the 2009 Peace Colloquy archives.

Working to continuously improve how we live out our commitment to the worth of all persons, leaders of Community of Christ and our affiliate organizations gathered recently in a Peacemakers Summit to share ideas, increase collaboration, and offer mutual support.
